Biography
Amena Al-Homsi, an experienced food safety and quality control professional based in Lebanon, currently serves as a Food Safety and Quality Control Manager at Amaretti. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics with Honors from the Lebanese International University, she brings a diverse background with various experiences across many majors. With over five years of expertise, she has led initiatives in food safety systems (FSMS), ISO 22000 implementation, and nutrition guidance. She is passionate about integrating rigorous quality standards with health and nutrition excellence, drawing on her varied experiences in vast fields to drive success in every project she undertakes. Amena is dedicated to promoting health and safety in every food environment she touches.
